I've been using this time off from crafting and blogging to work on some spring cleaning and organizing. You know...the things I never get around to when life is coming at me full throttle. So today, how about a little kitchen love?vintage blue pyrex mixing bowls in butterprint
A mix of vintage and new Le Creuset. I didn't realize I was going for a gold and blue theme until I took these photos.
This fantastic orange #18 sauce pot was a Craigslist find. It went with all the other orange pans pictured and I spent a total of $35 for all of them.
I've been collecting my vintage and new kitchen finds for several years now, scouring thrift stores, hunting down online or outlet mall deals, and keeping an eye on Craigslist. What are some of your favorite kitchen items?

My very favorite mixing bowls are the butterprint that you have. :) I also have the refrigerator dishes in butterprint and sunflower and love those too. I just thrifted a milkglass juicer, and it's feeling the love right now too.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! I never thought to check Craigslist for groovy things like Le Creuset! Of course, I can't look for those since we'd be competing for them ;-). But, I'll keep it in mind for other things. My favorite kitchen treasures are small crocks (the kind cheese used to come in) that cost $3 or less :-)
ReplyDeleteoh boy, now those are some beautiful pieces of cookware. LOVE it. all of it.
ReplyDeleteGreat pieces! I love when you notice how a theme comes together after the fact. You had a subliminal plan, after all!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite kitchen finds are vintage pyrex or corelle plates, carafes and thrifted vases for cut flowers.
