We've been blessed with a bounty of beautiful tomatoes this summer. I feel so fortunate, knowing that so many have been hit with a late tomato blight this year.
As the canning season winds down, and the kitchen slowly starts to resemble a kitchen again, and not a mad science experiment, I'll find more time to blog, I'm certain.
