I could think of no finer way to spend the first day of spring than out in the glorious sunshine taking in the opening day of our local farmers market. We're farmers market regulars, heading out almost every single Saturday morning while it's open.
A few photo's from our morning -
Gorgeous hand-carved wooden spoons:
Fragrant hand milled soap:
Spring Herbs:
A delight for the ears - a jazz band (They were amazing!)
The Balloon Lady:
Local, delicious organic honey:
A blacksmith forging spectacular knives:
He plays amazingly beautiful music in his bare feet:
A sidewalk accordian player:
Fresh cut flowers:
I hope you all had a beautiful spring equinox - in whatever manner you chose to mark it.
