AKA Lotus Root Soup with Pigs Feet. How's that for irony?
My dear friend, Jene brought over this Lotus Root Soup for me upon hearing I was ill. Even in my taste bud and olfactory reduced state it was delicious.
Sorry to hear you are not well. I was sure my daughter had come down with something serious when I was up with her the night before last with a fever of 103, but it only lasted 24 hours and now she's a right as rain. Whew! Here's to hoping you are back on your feet again soon!
I caught the irony of pigs feet for swine flu. Indeed we all need freinds like yours. Get well quick.
