I've wanted to start this little venture for quite some time, and finally decided to just go ahead and do it.
Are you curious about the name I chose for my store?
In grade school there was a student in my classes who would taunt me at recess by calling me a green baboon. For an 8 year old this was tantamount to a naughty word.
As I've grown older, I've been able to see the humor in his chosen name for me. And I've decided to reclaim it as something beautiful and positive in my life.

ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny what torments us as children. I used to get called Alice in Wonderland and would go home just balling my eyes out. Now I see the humor. lol
